Not only did the staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience, but they even returned a piece of jewelry I had forgotten in the room, demonstrating their attention to detail and care for their guests. The ironing facilities were top-notch and came in handy before a special wine tour I had scheduled. The terrace offered a serene setting to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day, with a picturesque view that truly enhanced my stay. I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's commitment to providing free toiletries of high quality, adding a luxurious touch to the overall experience.
